Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying a course or download from Habitual Homes Learn, so our refund policy is simple.

14 days, full refund, no conditions

If you are not happy with a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the date you bought it. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@habitualhomes.ca within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• the email address on your account;
• the name of the course or download.

How you get your money back

We refund the full amount to the same payment method you used to buy. We process refunds within 5 business days of your request. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.

What happens to your access

When we refund a purchase, your access to that course or download ends. If you downloaded PDFs or other files from it, please stop using them and delete them.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund.

Free content

Content in the Free Library is free, so there is nothing to refund.
